Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, please be aware of the following:
- Import duties and taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
- MyAbbyMind has no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
- Customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
- In the event that a parcel is refused or unclaimed due to customs charges, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund issued.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to enquire.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for certain international destinations.
- Some products may be subject to import restrictions depending on your country's regulations.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If you are still concerned, don't hesitate to get in touch — we're here to help resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
